Savile Town Scouts Get Creative with B&Q Dewsbury! 🌟
This weekend was one for the books! Our Savile Town Scouts teamed up with the amazing staff at B&Q Dewsbury for a hands-on DIY session full of fun, creativity, and teamwork. The young people took on all kinds of projects – from building planters out of old pallets to crafting stunning mosaics with broken tiles. And that’s not all – they painted pots, decorated buckets, and even made their mark on the B&Q staff board! 🎨🖌️
It was an incredible day, and the energy was through the roof! The Scouts worked hard while having a blast, and the best part? Every project had a purpose. The buckets and pots they designed will be used for fundraising, showing how a bit of creativity can go a long way to support our community. 🌱

In fact, our Explorer Scouts were so inspired that they’re now dreaming up their own community projects! They’re even thinking about DIY work, with some Scouts eager to get their hands on the tools again. A few of our Scouts were so impressed by the hospitality and the bond they formed with the B&Q staff, they’re even considering a future career there. Who knows – you might see them as the DIY experts of tomorrow! 🔧🔨
